What is included in the monthly subscription fee?

The monthly subscription includes access to the Megaphone platform, operation of your app, hosting (up to 10 GB) and technical support for bugs or system issues. It also includes ongoing security updates and the stable operation of the platform.

Are there any additional costs?

SMS packages can optionally be used within the Newsroom, for example to send SMS messages instead of push notifications. These are billed at CHF 90 per 1,000 SMS. SMS usage is entirely optional and can be activated or deactivated at any time.

What is the contract duration?

The initial contract term is two years. After that, the contract can be terminated annually.

How quickly can we get started?

As a general rule, it takes approximately three months from contract signing to the publication of your app. The exact timeline depends in particular on Apple’s and Google’s review and approval processes, which are an integral part of the publishing process and influence the onboarding schedule.
